Beth’s practice is focused in the areas of Elder Law and estate planning. She is well-versed in financial and retirement planning, as well as Will and Trust drafting. Beth helps clients identify assets that can be protected from NYS Medicaid spend-down rules through proper planning techniques.
Beth additionally helps entrepreneurs establish Partnerships, LLCs, S Corps, and other business entities to protect their hard work from litigation and other threats to their assets. Attorney Hall can also assist homeowners and homebuyers with real estate transactions and land acquisitions. Assisting buyers and sellers with acquiring or selling property is one of Beth’s greatest joys.
In addition to her work as an attorney, Beth also owns and operates Miller Hall Financial Professionals. This financial planning company provides Beth with greater insight into one’s assets and allows clients to experience a full-service investment and asset protection business. The best part of Beth’s life is her wonderful husband, Joe, and her two children, Robert and Katie. Beth is very active in her kids extra-curriculars and enjoys watching Rob play football and Katie run track. The family resides in the Town of Ellery.
